- The purpose of the Older Adult Home Modification Program is to provide eligible seniors with essential home modifications that enhance safety, accessibility, and independence, enabling them to remain in their homes and age in place. The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to provide Older Adult Home Modification services to the City-s Community Development department as further detailed throughout this RFQ inclusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment \"C“ Contract” and all terms and conditions of this RFQ as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder.
