Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis with Alliant Enterprises, LLC, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1. Award is subject to Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) approval. This procurement is for Olympus Scopes and Ultrasound Systems (BRAND NAME ONLY) manufactured by Olympus America Inc. (Large Business) has an exclusive authorized reseller agreement with Alliant Enterprises, LLC dated 12/27/2024. Additionally, IAW VAAR 819.7006 and FAR 19.502-2, there is no reasonable expectation based on market research that quotations will be received from two or more eligible VIP-listed SDVOSBs,/VOSBs or two or more small business concerns. Based on these results it is in the best interest of the Government to solicit this requirement as sole source to Alliant Enterprises, LLC. If interested, please respond to this Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award by submitting written capabilities and specifications to the Contract Specialist at the email address stated above.
