NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Officer 2 (NCO2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to include Two (2) option years to Olympus, America, Inc.for Olympus Endoscope Lease and Service at the Rochester NY Veteran Outpatient Clinic, located at 260 Calkins Rd, Rochester, New York. NAICS code is339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) and the Classification code is W065 (Lease or Rental of Equipment- Medical, Dental, And Veterinary Equipment and Supplies) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
