Description:
The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) invites firms to prepare and submit a Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for consulting firms / teams to provide comprehensive On-Call Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Services for Federal and Non-Federal Funded Projects at Ontario International Airport (ONT). The general purpose is to identify and retain qualified firms / teams to perform on-call A&E services to the OIAA on projects included in the Capital Improvement Program and other airport-related and specialized projects at ONT. The On-call A&E Services for Federal and Non-Federal funded projects will include a variety of assignments at ONT for tasks related to all areas of airport airside and landside architecture, engineering and support services. The on-call A&E team should have relevant experience in the various aspects of airport airside and landside architecture and engineering. The OIAA intends to identify and select multiple qualified firms / teams that best demonstrate their qualifications and approach to providing the requested on-call architecture, engineering and support services. These firms / teams will then be requested to enter into an on-call, task-based Professional Services Master Contract. The anticipated term of each Contract is estimated for an initial three-year term with two (2) one-year renewal options at OIAA-s discretion to extend the contract.
