- Purpose:The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified general contractors for an on-call contract(s) to complete various building renovations in existing City owned properties/facilities. The City intends to make awards to multiple contractors as a result of this procurement.This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).Term of Contract:The original contract term shall be original contract term from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor. This contract may be renewed for: Renewals.
