Description:
The City of Napa (“City”) requests proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Respondent” and collectively, “Respondents”) for Project Title (“Project”) by or before Response Submission Date, at Response Submission Time, via electronic submission through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofnapa, in the manner set forth in the Request for Proposal Procedures.The contract with each Consultant shall consist of one or more task orders prepared and issued by the City. A task order shall define the exact scope of each project and what services the Consultant shall provide. The Consultant shall provide a cost proposal and a schedule for each task order issued. The Consultant-s proposal for each task order shall identify the work to be done by City staff (if any), as well as all deliverables. The budget for each task order shall be tracked separately.Being selected does not guarantee that a Consultant will be requested to submit on any task order or that the Consultant will receive any assignments. Consultants should note that future work assignment would be based on the quality of work product produced, timely submittal of deliverables, and the Consultant-s ability to meet staff-s expectations. The number of projects is unknown, as the volume of work assigned to Consultant is dependent on the City staff workload and funding availability.A Draft Scope of Services is included in Section 2.1 of this RFP.
