Description:
The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of up to two (2) qualified contractors to provide On-Call Concrete Repair Services throughout the City of Pasadena. Concrete repair scope will include removal and replacement of sidewalk, driveways and curb & gutter. This project is not intended to replace the Annual Sidewalk Project or the CDBG Sidewalk Project and is intended to cover locations which may arise outside of those project timelines or list of locations. Contractors must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience on similar on-call services for municipal or public agency projects.The term of the two contracts resulting from this proposal shall be a two-year term from the date the City executes the contract or until the not-to-exceed amount of $124,750 per contract is expended. No optional extension periods will be included with this contract.The total in Section 10. Price Proposal is the basis for evaluation for this solicitation and determination award of the two lowest bidders. Proposer will not be awarded a contract based on the total specified in Section 10. If awarded a contract, the contract shall be for an NTE of $124,750 per contract.
