Description:
The City of Milpitas (“City”) is seeking qualifications from qualified firms (“Firm”) for professional on-call materials testing and inspection services (“Services”) to be performed on the various Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and private development projects as well as staff augmentation for inspection services in the City-s Public Works Department. The Services sought under this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) are set forth in more detail in Attachment A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the inclusion of such Services in Attachment A, the final scope of Services negotiated between City and the successful Firm shall be set forth in the Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) executed by and between City and the successful Firm. A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as Attachment B and incorporated herein by this reference.
