- The selected consultant(s) will provide On-Call Data Communications Design Services for miscellaneous projects on an as needed, if needed basis for the Information Technology Department-s Infrastructure Engineering Section. The term of this contract will be one year with four (4) one-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Consultants services will be required. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) funding may be utilized for projects.
