Description:
The City of Benicia Community Development Department seeks professional proposals to provide detailed and thorough development engineering reviews for private development projects consisting of grading and erosion control plans, storm drainage, and sewer. Typical plans include single-family home construction, subdivision construction, grading and earth-disturbing activities, and commercial/industrial construction.
