- The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is a public corporation responsible for providing affordable, safe housing for low- to moderate-income residents. MHA manages properties, housing programs, and partnerships in Marin County, California.Currently, MHA owns, partners, and/or manages ten developments of United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) public housing, 100 Tax Credit Units, and over 3,200 Section 8 Tenant Housing Vouchers. MHA has two offices and approximately 54 employees.MHA invites qualified, licensed, and insured entities to submit proposals for providing the General Contracting services described below.
