Description:
The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of one (1) qualified contractor to provide On-Call Guardrail Repair Services throughout the City of Pasadena. The work will include, but is not limited to, the repair or replacement of posts, blocks, metal rail element guardrail, and other accessory end assemblies or hardware. The selected contractor is responsible for traffic control and the proper disposal of all materials removed from the work sites.The term of the contract resulting from this proposal shall be a two-year term from the date the City executes the contract or until the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 is expended. No optional extension periods will be included with this contract.The total cost in the Price Proposal (Section 10) is the basis for evaluation for this solicitation and determination of award to the lowest bidder. Proposer will not be awarded a contract based on the total specified in Section 10. If awarded a contract, the contract shall be for an NTE of $150,000.
