REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Troy, Missouri, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide various on-call engineering services. Professional services may include, but are not limited to: • Roadway, sidewalks, and drainage (pavement design, roadway projects, sidewalks/ADA, bridges, culverts, and other ROW projects) • Subdivision site plan design review • Stormwater/MS4 project design and review • Traffic studies and analysis • Surveying and mapping Interested firms must submit qualifications by September 8, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. to: City of Troy, Attn: City Clerk, 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, MO 63379. All submissions should be labeled “RFQ Engineering Services.” The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive informalities in the selection process.
