The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform on-site document destruction. Services will be performed for the Wyoming Army National Guard (WY-ARNG).
NOTE1: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.NOTE2: Request for Information (RFIs) are due NLT 10:00AM MST on MON, 02JUNE2025.NOTE3: Please include nickolas.l.woske.civ@army.mil to your RFI emails and/or submitted proposals.NOTE4: Amendment "B.08 Solicitation Amendment (25-R-A0040001)" (adding basis for award and other provisions/clauses) has been posted.
