On-Site Inscriptions for NCA Multiple CemeteriesThe purpose of this amendment is to address submitted questions and to provide a revised combined synopsis/solicitation, price/cost schedules and Statement of Work. The response due date and time is extended to 24 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Statement of Work, and Attachment A Price/Cost Schedule have been revised and are attached separately to this amendment. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to add additional information regarding samples, to add information for informal site visits and to reflect the new submission date and time.The Statement of Work has been revised regarding the method to which reimbursements will be made, inscription cancellations of orders and timeliness and delivery performance.Attachment A Price/Cost Schedules has been revised to correct the price/cost schedule for Cape Canaveral NC.Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments will result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.Questions and Answers:Q: In the price/cost schedule, Cape Canaveral and Riverside have duplicate line-item descriptions and quantities. Can you please provide the correct information for Cape Canaveral? A: The price/cost schedule for Cape Canaveral has been revised and is included in Attachment A.Q: In the sample submission portion on page 5 it states that one granite/marble memorial wall marker will be required, but there is no inscription information for those.
