North Callaway County R-I School District HOME OF THE THUNDERBIRDS General Requirements 1. North Callaway County R-I School District is interested in purchasing One (1) NEW 2025 71 passenger school buses. 2. Bids will be accepted for complete units only and must be submitted by a factory- authorized dealer authorized to do business in the State of Missouri. Sealed bids are due Friday, May 9, 2025 by 12:00pm to Gayle Timm, Director of Finance and Operations marked “Sealed Bus Bids” outside of the envelope. (Faxed and/or email bids will not be accepted 3. Bids shall include delivery of the complete unit to the school district and shall include a pre-delivery service inspection and state inspection. Units will be full of fluids, completely cleaned inside and out, all optional equipment installed and working properly. FOB: Kingdom City, MO May / June 2025 4. Body company distributors must maintain at all times a complete service facility including, but not limited to, repair or replacement
