Sealed Proposals For Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Appurtenances For Phase 1 Construction Of The One Toombs Industrial Park, Located On Us Hwy 1 North, Toombs County, Georgia, Will Be Received By The Toombs County Development Authority (owner) At 2805 E. 1st Street, Vidalia, Ga 30474, Until 3:00 P.m., October 17, 2025. Proposals Will Remain Sealed Until Evaluated The Following Week. Work Includes Clearing, Grading, Drainage, Water/sewer And Force Main Lines, Curb And Gutter, Base And Paving, Erosion Control, And Grassing. The Project Will Be Awarded In A Single Contract. Proposals Will Be Evaluated For Responsiveness And Responsibility, With Award Based On Weighted Evaluation Factors Set Forth In The Rfp. The Owner Reserves The Right To Conduct Discussions Or Make An Award Directly From Submittals, And To Reject Any Or All Proposals.
