NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract on a sole source basis to Datix (USA) Inc.dba oneSOURCE Document Management, for the White Earth Health Center in Ogema MN. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 3 option years.
The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) - only one source reasonably available. OneSOURCE provides comprehensive access to Instruction for Use (IFUs), service manuals, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer guidelines in one location. The OneSource database provides on-line access to these articles to increase patient safety and adhere to accreditation requirements as well as the most current articles needed and archives articles according to federal and state requirements.
