Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W519TC-25-Q-SOIL for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.1. This solicitation is issued IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 -Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.2. This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562910 - Remediation Services.3. The offeror shall be responsive, responsible, and adhere to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The Offeror shall submit pricing at the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) level.4.
