(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number 140R2023Q0091 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, as of June 2, 2023.(iv) This acquisition is an unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS code is 334513 and the size standard is 750 employees. (v) The contract line item is listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement is to procure SonTek-IQ Series and SL1500 Series acoustic doppler meters, FlowTracker2 Handheld Display Unit Series acoustic doppler velocimeters, and accessories to replace existing meters, please see the combined synopsis/solicitation for full list required items.(vii) The delivery term is 45 days after receipt of order (ARO).(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
