The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), intends to post a solicitation for Community Nursing Home (CHN) Services for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC) in the Louisiana, Arkansas, and East Texas catchment area of OBVAMC. The solicitation will be Full and Open competition. The solicitation will be a multiple award solicitation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12,15, and 16.504.
