The Open Learning Campus (OLC) supports all five institutions. The Open Learning Campus (OLC) is a destination for development learning that will build the leadership and technical capabilities of all development stakeholders-partners, practitioners, policy makers, staff, and the public. The OLC is a learning ecosystem that is open, interactive, and networked. It leverages the vast knowledge of the WBG and its partners and converts it into actionable learning for effective development. WBG is seeking options to enhance its current OLC platform therefore, the objective of this RFP is to seek vendor(s) with solutions offering Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or Integrated Learning Solution (ILS) capabilities to provide functionality in several major functional groups including learning experience, content management, and learning management. WBG is particularly interested in reviewing platform innovations in the areas of mobile learning, adaptive microlearning, social learning, user generated content, and content discovery leveraging AI.
