This combined synopsis/solicitation is a sole source acquisition notice for commercial products/commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://SAM.gov NO EXCEPTIONS. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (The Center) intends to acquire manufactured TAIT products and installation services.

This is a sole-source purchase to Tait USA LLC, 401 W. Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543, for the Opera House pit lift retrofit and upgrade. This is an upgrade to the existing lift system. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. See attached redacted sole source justification.
