The solicitation package will be available for download on or about 25 March 2025.

The purpose of this contract is to provide for the operation, maintenance and repair of Government-owned facilities and equipment at the Walter F. George (Fort Gaines, GA) and George W. Andrews (Blakely, GA) and ACF Project Office (Eufaula, AL). This work shall include planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, maintenance of accurate and complete records and files, quality control inspection, and personnel necessary to operate and maintain Government-owned facilities and equipment.

The Contractor shall personally supervise the work or always have a competent Superintendent on the site. The superintendent shall possess full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor and to legally bind the Contractor. Such authorization shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer-s Representative (COR) prior to commencement of work.

The work will be performed in recreation and operational areas, as well as various remote locations. The contract also provides for emergency response on the part of the Contractor and their personnel in certain emergency situations. Work under this contract will be performed under the general direction of the contracting Officer-s Representative (COR). Walter F. George and George W. Andrews is on the Chattahoochee River in Southwest Georgia, approximately 35 miles northeast of Dothan, AL. The project is split over 2 states and 11 counties, including Barbour, Russell, Henry, Lee, and Houston County, AL and Clay, Quitman, Stewart, Chattahoochee, Muskogee, and Early County, Georgia. Cities around the project include Headland, Dothan, Eufaula, and Abbeville, AL, as well as Albany, Georgetown, Columbus, Blakely, and Fort Gaines, GA.
