Description : The Battery Conservancy (“TBC”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the operation of SeaGlass at The Battery, a carousel like no other. The Battery is the New York City public park at the southern tip of Manhattan. The Battery Conservancy partners with NYC Parks to maintain and operate The Battery and has a license agreement with NYC Parks to operate SeaGlass. Pursuant to that license agreement, TBC is seeking a sublicensee to operate the carousel and possibly ancillary merchandise and/or food cart(s). - Documents:
