Description:
The County is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide licensed operator services for routine operation and regulatory compliance of two Water Package Plants located in Flagler County, as required by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The selected contractor shall provide a licensed operator to perform six (6) site visits per week, ensuring the facility is operated in accordance with FDEP permit conditions, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.Services will include, but are not limited to, routine plant operations, equipment inspections, data collection and reporting, chemical level monitoring and adjustments, coordination of chemical deliveries, and compliance sampling. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing and submitting required regulatory reports, including the Monthly Operating Report and the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), to both FDEP and the County.Bidders must demonstrate the ability to meet all licensing requirements and performance expectations outlined in this scope of work.
