Description
The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in reactivating one (1) Mark VI 78-Foot Patrol Boat (78PB) Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) and train naval maintenance technicians. Work will be accomplished at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bangor, Dabob Bay, Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and Warning Area W-237-B (North) Operating Area (Navy-8). The Government is seeking responses from sources that can perform the following work.

Length: 84.8 FT Width: 20.5 FT Light Load: 12,932 LBS Draft: 2 FT Hull Material: AluminumScope Overview: The Contractor shall provide a non-personal services contract to reactivate Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Vessel 78PB1501, sea trial the 78PB1501 in the Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca out to the “J” Buoy, and train U.S. Navy Civil Service maintenance technicians at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bangor, Dabob Bay, Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca, and Warning Area W-237-B (North) Operating Area (Navy-8).
