This procurement action is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside.The NAICS code is 237110, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00.This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build Selection procedures and FAR Part 15.This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued.
