This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. * Site Visit information: An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 22th at 10:00 a.m. MT. Participants will meet at North entrance in front of Patriot Brew located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street Aurora, CO 80045. Participants can gather their questions and submit them as seen below. Participants must not ask questions of onsite VA employees. All questions answered outside of this requirement of this solicitation may disqualify a vendor from award. ** The deadline for all questions is 4:00pm MT, 07/23/2025All questions must be submitted in writing no later than the question cut-off date marked above. All questions will be answered officially through an amendment to the solicitation.*** Quotes are to be provided to natasha.holland@va.gov no later than 4:00pm MT, 07/30/2025.Quotes shall not be hand carried.
