The Naval Surface Warface Center Philadelphia intends to procure OrCAD x Professional software required for the Tow Communication Buoy Program (TBC). The software is utilized for development of simulation and electronic circuits, and for generation of circuit board designs.
The contract will be Firm Fixed Price and the items must be Brand Name.
