Interested parties capable of performing the work described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) are encouraged to submit a response with the following information:
Company name, UEI, and website. Company point of contact name, title, and email Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners (if any). Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts and Federal Supply Schedules under which your company can offer services aligned with this requirement. Summary of company-s experience in the last three years of performing the work described in the PWS. Company business size for NAICS 541614. If Company is a Small Business under NAICS 541614: Applicable socioeconomic status (VOSB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.) If this acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply. Estimate what percentage of work your business intends on performing as the prime contractor. (Estimates can be a range, e.g. 60-70%.)
