- The Ottawa Park Cemetery Chapel/Office, owned by the City of Pontiac and located in Independence Township, Michigan, requires significant roofing improvements to preserve the structural integrity of the building and protect its historical and functional value. The existing roof systems, including membrane, insulation, and sheet metal components, have reached the end of their service life. Deterioration has led to leaks, reduced energy efficiency, and increasing maintenance costs.To address these issues, the City of Pontiac, with design and engineering oversight by Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC), has initiated a reroofing project.
