Bldg. 190 Overhead Door Replacement Supply Purchase and General Install
Complete removal and replacement of 12-W x 14-T and operator to include the following
-Replacement door must be rolling steel, insulated, flat slat door with vision lights, and wind locks.
-Door needs to be color matched to existing door. (Will require a site visit)
-Door cowl/hood must be galvanized.
-Replacement operator must be 115V, right side drive, and wired by contractor.
-New operation switch must operate with constant pressure down.
-All seals are to be removed and replaced to include bottom, sides, and top brush.
-Contractor needs to supply all the equipment needed to remove and replace the door.
-All material needs to be hauled away and disposed of properly off base, except for the operator. Old Operator to be turned over to government upon completion of project.
A site visit will be held on Wednesday 9 April 2025 at 2pm EDT at Bldg. 105 43200 Maple Street Selfridge ANGB, MI 48045. Please fill out attached base access request form at least 3 days prior to site visit day and return to david.brown.39@us.af.mil. The base access request form is password protected, so please contact David Brown via email for password.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than 30 September 2025. - Documents:
