Bid Synopsis: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Ozaukee Nonprofit Center Connectivity & Workspace Expansion Project Flexible Facilities Program - Capital Projects Fund Sealed bids will be received by Ozaukee Nonprofit Center (ONC) until 4:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center, 2360 Dakota, Grafton, WI for the ONC Connectivity & Workspace Expansion Project. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center. ONC seeks a qualified Contractor for the construction project for the Connectivity & Workspace Expansion Project at its nonprofit facility located at 2360 Dakota Drive, Grafton, WI. The project includes interior and exterior renovations, construction of ADA-compliant restrooms, enhancements to shared-use telehealth and educational spaces, and the creation of an outdoor eco-wellness space with raised garden beds. The work must be performed in accordance with the architectural plans and specifications provided as part of the bidding documents. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. A pre-submittal walk-through and open house will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the project location: 2360 Dakota Drive, Grafton, WI 53024. All bidder questions must be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
