Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
1 hour of distillation to collect enough volume of Ozone for up to 10 hours of MBE growth Ozone generator Robust stainless steel cryochamber for condensing ozone with 100cm3 net volume; No need to supply LN2 for ozone collection process Integrated heater and temperature controller for regulating the condensing zone temperature Single stage compressor head/compressor for efficiently cooling the cryochamber Dry pump for pumping the cryochamber Baratron and controller for ozone pressure monitoring UHV compatible water-cooled transfer piping and injector with linear motion Metering valve for ozone flow control (based on the deposition chamber pressure gauge) to the injector tube.
