Tender are invited for NOTICE OF PIPELINE APPLICATION The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on January 9, 2025, Oil Search (USA), Inc. (OSU) and Pikka Transportation Company, LLC (PTC) jointly filed an application seeking approval to transfer OSU-s certificate of public convenience and necessity, and construction and connection permits to PTC. Docket No. P-25-005 was opened to address this matter.OSU is authorized to construct and operate the Pikka Sales Oil Pipeline. In addition, OSU is authorized to transport crude oil over the Pikka Sales Oil Pipeline, which is intended to transport sales quality oil produced from the Pikka Unit to the Kuparuk Pipeline for transportation to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System.In conjunction with the application, OSU filed a request for waiver of the requirement in 3 AAC 48.625(a)(7)(B) to include audited financial statements for the two most recent fiscal years preceding the date of the application.
