- The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the \"Authority\" or the \"JTA) hereby requests Sealed Proposals for P-25-038 Technical Support for Oracle EBS.The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (The \"Authority\" or \"JTA) Information Technology Department is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive 24x7 x 365 days technical support for its on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. The current version is Oracle EBS 12.1.3, with an upgrade to 12.2.14 in progress and expected to complete by June 30, 2026. The Contractor must support both the current and upgraded environments. Specifically, it requires Oracle EBS Application DBA skills and Oracle Linux Operating System Administrator skills, both of which are not readily available within the JTA IT team.
