The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to make notice of a proposed contract action for Design-Bid-Build (DBB) P1556 10th Marines Maintenance and Operations Complex, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project will construct a maintenance and operations complex for 1st Battalion (1/10) and 2nd Battalion (2/10), 10th Marines, Navy-Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS), Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) vehicle. The project will include construction of controlled humidity warehouses, field maintenance shop, armory addition, automotive maintenance shop additions, communications and electronics maintenance shop addition, overhead cover weather shelters, and covered storage areas.
The completion time for this contract is 1,241 calendar days after award.
In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for the seed project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
