- Description : The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a 10-year concession contract to operate a camp store and restaurant operation at San Elijo State Beach Campground. Pre-proposal Meeting (Optional): August 29, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the San Elijo State Beach Campground, 2050 S Coast Hwy 101 Cardiff, CA 92007.Instructions to Download the RFP: Prospective bidders may obtain the RFP and Sample Contract by downloading them from the Cal eProcure website by clicking on VIEW EVENT PACKAGE button. To receive updates to this RFP you must create an account before downloading the document. Letters of Intent and Questions: Letters of Intent are required in order to submit a proposal. Letters of Intent and Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 PM on September 27, 2024. To ensure fair competition, all proposers will receive the same information and materials; no telephone or personal inquiries about this RFP will be answered.
