Description : The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes and incidentals necessary for quarterly inspection, maintenance, urgent and unforeseeable repairs and servicing of the ¿domestic water room¿ containing a three (3) HP motor and pump, a one hundred fifteen (115) gallon pressurization tank, and associated electrical and plumbing systems in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. Additionally, there are four (4) wells on the property with five (5) well pumps to be inspected and maintained. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.BID DUE DATE: June 24, 2025, no later than 2:00pm
