Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marians (Guam) has a requirement for packing, containerization, and drayage services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) to support the movement of unaccompanied baggage (UB) and household goods (HHG) for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel within the area of responsibility (AOR) spanning across military installations and surrounding areas in Guam.
