Description:
Intent to Single Source a Requirement
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with SelectPath Holding, Inc. (UEI: K7NLYVNRH2B5) for the procurement of continuous uninterrupted paging services for all pagers at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM and the Dzil-Na-O-Dilth-HLe Health Center in Bloomfield NM. Pagers shall be secure, encrypted, and provide coverage in the state of New Mexico, the southern parts of Colorado, and Eastern Arizona. All necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment to perform these services will be provided by the vendor. The NAICS code is 517112, with an associated small business size standard of 1,500 employees.
The contract will have a base period and four option periods. The anticipated period of performance will be: December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This notice of intent to award a single source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
