Description
The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Painting services for real property owned or managed by U.S. Government at the American Consulate General Munich, Germany.
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price indefinite quantity / indefinite delivery (IDIQ) Type Contract during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2025.
The successful contractor shall provide painting and related services in all designated areas, included but not limited to apartments, corridors/hallways, kitchens, bathrooms/restrooms, storage rooms and stairwells, the Contractor will be responsible to ensure the services meet the technical requirements in the Statement of Work.
The services will commence on September 01, 2025, and be for one-year base period with four option years.The Solicitation is planned to be issued in July 2025 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0113.
Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.
In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), it will be necessary for your organization to possess authorization to operate and do business in the country in which this contract will be performed. Furthermore, authorization shall include the requirement to be registered to do business in Germany:
a.A thorough description as to what steps you have taken to investigate all requirements to obtainauthorization to perform in the given country, and to obtain in-country business registration.b.Details of your findings and a description of what your organization will be required to undertaketo obtain licensing; andc.Specific information concerning the period of time you anticipate it will take to obtainappropriate authorization.You will be required to provide information that clearly sho...
