AMENDMENT #4: Solicitation: SPE8EF24R0001, Amendment: 0004
Solicitation # SPE8EF24R0001 is hereby amended to extend the closing date for submission of proposals to Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 4:30 PM EST.
Offerors are reminded to submit complete signed copies of the Solicitation, ALL Amendments, including this Amendment, as well as ALL material required under the Solicitation and each Amendment by the closing date & time stated above. Please carefully review the Solicitation and All Amendments and make sure that your submission is a complete proposal. Please review all previous proposal submissions, including required certifications and amendments, to ensure that they are signed, accurate, and complete, and resubmit by the closing date and time as necessary.
Failure to submit complete proposals, including the signed Solicitation and Amendments, by the closing date and time may result in the exclusion of your proposal for further consideration for award.
As per Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Paragraph (c) Period for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm 120 calendar days after closing date.
Complete proposals shall be submitted electronically via email ONLY to both recipients: teresa.rivera@dla.mil and maureen.tyler@dla.mil, no later than the Closing Date & Time stated above.
