This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 (effective date 06-11-2025).
This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 561720, janitorial services and the Small Business Size Standard is $22.0M. Solicitation 127EAT25Q0037 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
The Palomar Ranger District is soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified organizations to enter a firm-fixed-price contract of janitorial services for the District Office building and Conference Room building in Ramona, CA. Responses to solicitation 127EAT25Q0037 must be in accordance with specifications, which can be found in the attached documents.
