This is a recurring requirement for an annual Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) subscription providing web-based access to a searchable, single source library of downloadable digital content including editable graphics, photography, videos, and music that WRAIR can utilize royalty-free in the development of marketing products. Access shall allow up to 10 users to download approximately 1,000 content items annually.
