NSN 7H-5895-014941989, TDP VER 003, REF NR 92-9214-100, QTY 8 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. BUY SYNOPSIS REMARK: This synopsis is for the anticipated PROCUREMENT of 8 each NSN: 5895 014941989in accordance with reference number 92-9214-100. The Government does not own the drawings or data rights to this NSN. Therefore, we will not be able to provide drawings or technical specifications for this NSN. This part must be acquired from/repaired by a source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing/repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from/repair by other sources, nor qualify testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and select items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review disclosures that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be econmoically obtained. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
