Description
The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has a requirement for paper shredding services. The services will be performed in accordance to the attached Statement of work.
The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months with an option to extend for 3 years.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 562998 - All Miscellaneous Waste Management Services with a small business size of 34.5 M.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1506104GS using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. Evaluation factors may include technical capability, past performance and price to meet the government need outlined in the statement of work.
Quotes will be due on or by March 13, 2025 - 11:00 am. The acquisition is a set aside for Small Business. Quote will not be accepted after the closing date.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have - and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) - an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
