Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Indiana Health Care System, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PAR Excellence System, Inc., for PAR Excellence Support Service. NAICS 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million. Contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance service plan for the PAR Excellence Equipment, located at Indiana Health Care System, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Period of Performance is from August 01, 2025, through July 31, 2026, with four (4), one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm on July 31, 2025.
