The NIST score is required before award. Project Scope: Whitney Lake, Texas - The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning, grounds cleaning, water well testing, beach water testing and refuse collection and refuse disposal services at 17 recreation areas on Whitney Lake, Texas. Services include general grounds cleaning, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, cleaning picnic/camp sites, cleaning group shelters and group camping shelters, cleaning screened camping shelters, cleaning dump stations, cleaning playgrounds and play amenities, cleaning courtesy docks and piers, cleaning swim beaches, collecting and disposing of refuse, testing beach water and monitoring and testing well systems.
